Pearson Construction was founded as H.C. Pearson Trucking in 1982 by Harry Pearson Sr.  In November of 1985, Pearson Construction was formed. As of December 2016, Lynn Perkins is the President of the company and David Perkins is the Vice President. Lynn and David have worked for Pearson Construction before the company was incorporated in 1985. Their youngest son, Ryan Perkins, has worked with the company since 2011 and is currently a Superintendent.  Their oldest son, Chad Perkins, is now returning to PCI, after working 8 years as an Inspector. He is returning to the company as a Project Manager.

 

PCI is a family run business employing 20 employees. With a small, family run business, comes superior workmanship, strong values, and a good sense of hard work and accountability. PCI is qualified to work with VDOT and has diversified into private, site work, and other grading jobs.  Pearson Construction is an equal opportunity employer. The 100 mile radius includes but is not limited to Salem, Lexington, Charlottesville, Richmond, and to the North Carolina State Line.
